This week, Decatur High School baseball player Lawson Strickland signed a scholarship, choosing to play for Tennessee Tech. Lawson plays catcher for Decatur High School and led the team in hitting with a .356 average. Lawson was joined by friends, family, and coaches as he signed up to play for the Golden Eagles.
